Early Bronson
The cover picture on the DVD is advertising Charles Bronson but, of course, this is very much Alan Ladd's movie. But a good supporting role for Bronson, early in his career.

ENJOYABLE WESTERN.
This is a good western that is based on historical fact about trying to get a renegade chief to make peace.This is one of the early CinemaScope films and good use is made of it with some good western photography.Alan Ladd takes the lead as a peace commissioner and there is a very early part for Charles Bronson as Captain Jack the renegade indian.

A great western in every respect.
The story is based on fact and Alan Ladd is great.

Dvd wurde 2 mal bestellt. Einmal als Einzelne. Später mit der 20ziger Edition von White Pearl Classic!!!
