Good
First one I brought didn't work but it was kindly replaced even though it had gone past the deadline for returns, I now have one that works & its really good, so handy if your out all day or in the evening, would definitely recommend it, good communication with seller too, was very helpful

Slow charging.
Isnt fast charging at all. I put it on charge and I haven't used my phone but its charging but only gone up by 1% in 20 minutes.

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant productHad abit if trouble getting the 1st one to work but the seller sent me instructions and when it still wouldn't work sent me a brand new case out within 48 hoursBrilliant customer care!

Not the best out there
It charges the phone which is great and it's a nice design, the issue is that I can't use my earphones because they don't fit due to how chunky the case is.

Terrible
Doesn't fit my Samsung s9 like it should (doesnt seat all the way at the bottom), slow charge, phone can easily slide out, even when I don't hit the bixy button it gets activated
