The product won't be a perfect alternative to those earphones which you use.
Problems with the gadget :-1. The sound output from the left speaker (which has mic attached to it) is lower compared to right. This will trouble you as you will lose track of focus while riding. Normally, you would need equally balanced sound to keep your head straight.2. I made a call with audio routed through the Bluetooth headset and the person on other side had complaints of poor audio quality. This is not the case while using earphones (Samsung).Overall :-I only see that you have a hands-free setup while using this headset and there are not many options out there in the market. The product is not worth 2k and hence, I decided to return it.

Liked it, innovative indeed! One can buy and experiment.
Pros: Sound is excellent. Connectivity is easy. Adhesive is perfectly given. Battery life is excellent for my driving - to & fro to office. Standby is excellent.Cons: after installation, entering the helmet has become tough. Some more cloth posters to be provided to install perfectly. It is giving lots of discomfort in Royal Enfield XL helmet! Ear twists.--No issues arrived from Feb till May 2019 but During Jun 2019, Though, I am able to listen to music; I am unable to listen to the other side on phone call ! So its life is about 4 months.

Gets the job done.
I am also using Plantronics Voyager Legend. I started using two-wheelers very recently. Fitting of the helmets is very firm, so you can't use normal bluetooth headsets inside of the helmet.Things i think could improve:Loudness of sound (I can hear music properly, however call sound is very feeble. Have tried it on two phones)Contact name calling out while receiving a phone. Its just too hard to stop the vehicle, remove gloves to get the phone and check who is calling. Luckily I have a Fossil Q Explorist watch which displays the contact/number, so I am not facing the issue as much. All the things said, its doing what its supposed to do.

Average product that does part of the work
Battery life is exceptional however the sound quality is not up to the mark. You cannot hear at the speeds of 60KMPH or more. The voice calls are not at all heard. Good for music though. Not a waterproof or sweat proof product so need to be more careful using in rain or if you sweat a lot. Otherwise it’s your interest that should take a call whether to buy this or not. My recommendation is to search for a better alternative if not you can try this

Overpriced product but fine quality
Product is good and sound is crisp and loud inside helmet, but i felt its little overpriced. I fitted it in my SB air, had to cut my inner thermocol to fit it. I did fitting myself so it didnt fit very well and I ended up fitting it 1 inch above ears.... If caller is having signal problems then u may feel trouble hearing ur callers. If u just listen songs while riding(though u shud not) then it will do the job very very well. It also depends on how much sound proof ur helmet is.

As expected but can be improved
Sound quality is okLittle bit sound unbalancing, which can be corrected by the position you setup headphones inside helmetBattery backup is pretty good, can stand for 3 daysCall clarity is also very goodVelcro is good and fits inside helmet perfectlyIf you go around 70 kms or so, Bluetooth connection will get weak , and you will hear distorted sound sometimesLittle bit pricey

Great add on for a healmet... but low in volume
Great add on for a healmet... but low in volume, which is actually good for driving to hear the traffic sounds..The caller number broadcasting volume is too low you can never hear.. unless you drive in roads with pindrop silence...4star because of these.. unless it will be 5 star..Will post my feedback after a month of use
