Great sweetner.
Love this!! Tastes just like sugar so it goes undetected by those who have an aversion to anything but sugar! I use it to sprinkle on fresh strawberries and anywhere I would use sugar. It comes in a resealable container. Great natural product.

Sugar substitute
Use it regularly as a way to cut my white sugar intake. Texture is almost unmistakeable. I do not like it in my hot tea but find it a great substitute in coffee. I've also substituted in some making dishes.Beware the risks that may be associated with this sweetener.

Tastes like sugar, but need to use larger amount than sugar
Way too expensive for most people. Not practical if the price is so high for so little. The taste is just like sugar and it looks and feels like sugar, but it dissolves in your mouth kind like powdered sugar. There is no aftertasteAlthough it tastes the same as sugar, you do have to use a larger amount. For example. I use about 5 teaspoons in tea for normal sugar, but I have to use 10 (maybe 9) teaspoons in tea when using this product. Apparently it’s like that with all alluloseAs far as calories goes, it says calorie free, but remember, as long as it 4 calories or less per serving, a product is legally allowed to brand itself as 0 calories, even though it’s not. The. Laws need changed with that. But I have seen online that allulose has 1/10 the amount of calories as sugar, and I’ve also seen that it has .4 calories per serving, so yeah, do your research and decide for yourself if this is right for you.Apparently this is great for diabetics and doesn’t have the same effects on diabetics that sugar wouldBring that price down, but this is the best sugar substitute I’ve tasted
