Will this fit 1997 chevy 4x4 5.7 with ac

it should 5.7 vortec that's what I have it's a 96 but not 4x4 but being 4x4 shouldn't make a difference but if you have certain extra's like rear a/c sometimes has different alternator more amps

Yes, the pulley is included. Alternator bolted right up and works perfectly!!

Does this have an internal regulator?

Yes, the voltage regulator is in the black plastic housing on the back of the alternator. However, it's good to double check with your local auto parts store to be sure that the Amazon alternator has the same specifications as the OEM unit on your vehicle.
