Very easy
Takes a few times to learn how to use it.

flame goes out after about 4 seconds
I should have returned this right after getting it, the starter flame goes out after a few seconds about 3 out of 4 times. I have tried keeping the butane level full and holding in different angles but nothing seems to keep it going the way a quality Green Egg accessory should.

It works well when you are pointing to one single spot but it takes forever to really works as intended

i liked that it is easy to use and the fire burns fantastic. I did not like that the instructions did not tell me what size butane bottle needed to be used for fill up the tank.

Ours didn’t work out of the box, and the seller isn’t responding to our request to replace it.

Ripoff
Worked for maybe 5 cooks. Now ignites 20% of the time but will then extinguish. Bought from Ace Hardware.
