I can't give it true review have not been it long enough

Friend suggested this as weight loss. Haven’t really been consistent with it. Kind of have to brace myself before taking it because the pill is not small!

Didn't notice any difference after two wks.

This is one of the many weight loss supplements that I have tried over the years in order to lose my belly, and it works! I saw 14 pounds come off in the first two months of taking it. I take it right before a meal with about one bite of what I'm going to eat, then I only take a couple more bites because I am not very hungry after taking it. I'm now convinced that suppressing your appetite with a supplement like this one works! All of the supplements that claim to melt your fat off don't work. This one does because it works it a different way - decrease in appetite.

I have tried countless Garcinia Cambodia supplements, & always felt a little disappointed with the results, I suspected it was all hype, until I tried this one.Must try you won't be disappointed!
