They are so easy to set up a child could do it and they are great just the job if your going out and want to leave a light on at night

Work well if a little difficult to initially set up

I bought these timers to replace a couple of similar units that failed after a few years.They are simple to program. They provide nine on and time off times and there are several day of week options that can be applied to each of these times (it seems a bit unnecessary to program these to second accuracy). The timer clock drifts a bit and you may want to check and correct the time every few weeks.I wouldn’t expect these digital timers to last as long as a simple mechanical timer. The internal rechargeable batteries die after a few years which causes them to corrupt when they’re plugged into the mains. The relay contacts also sometimes burn out, especially when used with higher power appliances like washing machines. Also, the display gets dimmer and dimmer with age.Overall good value for money but don’t expect them to last more than a few years, at best.

I didn’t have a chance to test these timers within the 30 day returns window so it seems I am stuck with faulty goods. Bought them to bring on lighting in UK while out of the country for a while but on return discovered that they had not been working. Very unhappy with these useless devices and with a returns policy of such short duration - things go wrong at 31 days and a fair policy would deal with this. I notice that there is a flag on these devices showing frequently returned item. Buyer beware!

Persevered. But gave up. Shame.

Bought these for Christmas lights. Now used for three years and still working well. A bit fiddly to set up but once you work it out easy.

The product is good and worth the money, but can be a bit complicated to setup
