Product lasted only for 3 weeks, whereas product life advertised for more then 2 yrs. Have contacted the supplier, waiting for response.

This product didn't match my alarm, I requested for refund and they send a return stamp. I contact them and they said because i didn't send it with recorded post so i will not get my refund.
