B-Speech DSH-230 Calypso Bluetooth Stereo Headphones for Music and Calling (Black)

My second pair of these have arrived today (lost the first after about 6 months) and I can say this is a solid product.Comfort: This is by far my favorite pro feature on these. In a different review someone referred to them as "too small" and "slips and slides." This not only seems like a contradiction, but is also false. These fit my average sized head very well and are snug. They don't hurt my ears after extended wear like over the top connected headphones do to me. The around the neck design shines the most when I am doing something active. The headphones stay snug with pretty much all activities I have tried so far. As for my previous pair, I sweated through them for 6 months with no problems. I would recommend drying/washing the foam over the earpieces when necessary.Comfort and mobility being the main thing for me, this product ranges from adequate to good in all other categories. It has good range (60 ish feet depending on surroundings), sounds is adequate (I need these to get me pumped, not pick apart Mozart symphonies), and button functionality works great with iPhone 4.Bottom line: No wires, no need to have my phone on my person, comfortable, mobile, and if I do break them I'm only out 30 bucks.

Feels good, Sounds good. Only one minor issue - I wear glasses and after several hours the over the ear piece presses my glasses into the skin above the ear. Not bad, just a bit uncomfortable.

Nice range, > 40 ft.Good sound. Works as advertised.If it had treble/base adjust-ability I would give it 5 stars.

I use the Calypso headphones with several different electronics. They sync and work flawlessly. I have a rather large head and they fit without a problem. They are comfortable to wear and the sound quality is very good.

How they sound, how they wear, Bluetooth functionality, and overall functionality speak to why I use these and would definitely recommend the Calypso Bluetooth Stereo Headphones to anyone looking for a fairly priced bluetooth listening experience. One month in, I can say without question that I've fallen in love with them.How they sound: In comparison to earbuds and other portable style headphones, the Calypso Bluetooth Stereo Headphones sound superb. The bass sounds rich and full (slightly hyped), and the high end is crisp and clear. There may be a little hype in the high frequencies too. In my opinion, the sound of the Calypso Bluetooth Stereo Headphones is a very solid selling point.How they wear: The Calypso Bluetooth Stereo Headphones fit me great. I have a body the size of a football player, and my head is no exception, so I was worried they wouldn't fit me right. True, they aren't adjustable, but they don't need to be because they wrap around the back of my head and hang on my ears like a backward pair of sunglasses. The Calypso Bluetooth Stereo Headphones are incredibly light, and there is enough give to the plastic wrap around that they open wide with just enough push back to keep them comfortably snug. The only time I've found the fit challenged is if I have need to look straight up, and even then it's only a minor annoyance that can be corrected by reaching up with my hand for a quick adjustment. My guess is this will be a focus for future engineered iterations. BTW - these things are great for laying down and listening as well.Bluetooth functionality: I use my iPhone 4 as the audio source to the Calypso Bluetooth Stereo Headphones. The bluetooth signal easily stretches the entire length of my apartment and only chokes when there are walls between the Bluetooth audio source and the Calypso. Pairing was incredibly easy, and I've never had to re-pair the two. Simply hold down the power button until it blinks blue and red (roughly 10 seconds or more) and tell the audio source to connect via its bluetooth menu.Overall functionality: The Calypso headphones charge with a usb cable, and they hold their charge for a long time. I can go several days (usually 4-5) without having to recharge them, and I use them roughly 2 or more hrs a day during the week. The Calypso's have five buttons on them: power, audio up, audio down. FF/Next and RW/Next do not work with my iPhone 4. Being that this is a third party piece of audio technology, I'm not surprised, but I'm not bothered by this at all as volume up and down work great, and I prefer to use the iPhone touch screen to choose what I want to listen to anyhow. The power button works seamlessly too. I put the headphones on, hold the button down until I hear a beep, and wait for the Calypso Bluetooth Stereo Headphones to sync with my phone or my Blue Miccus Home RTX (see my review). When on, the blue light will be flashing. Same for powering down... I hold the power button until I hear a beep and then look to make sure the blinking blue light indicator is off. Simple.These things sound great, fit well, and do exactly what I need them to do. I feel good recommending these to anyone in the market for a pair of bluetooth headphones.

This b speech bluetooth headphone is my best companion for over 2/3 years. Lost twice but got replaced..pairs with all sorts of devices..streams music with awsome quality. Very flexible to fold light to carry n easy to use ! I gifted a dozen pieces so far !!

Looks = 1 starFeel when worn = they slip and slide and I have a small head for an adult. These headphones would only work for a child.Cost of item = Way to much money for an item that did not work AT ALL.Adjustability = Not adjustable at all, this is why they slip and slide all over the place when worn.Now to put this in a fashion the average reader can fully understand. These Headphones are a waste of time and money, they did not work, were too small for my head, Would not connect to 3 different devices AND never heard any sound from them at all. Over all I give these headphones ONE single star just because they look nice.

Dies ist jetzt schon mein Zweiter. Der Erste hielt 4 Jahre und der war jeden Tag im Einsatz.Den Tragekomfort empfinde ich als sehr gut. Er sitzt perfekt. Der Sound ist sehr laut und die Bässe kommen gut rüber.Er übersteuert bei voller Lautstärke nicht.Einzigstes Manko: beim ein-und ausschalten muss man lange draufdrücken.Ich würde ihn wieder kaufen.Gruß Kai

Habe es zurückgeschickt, da das Mikro nicht zu gebrauchen ist: Man wird NICHT verstanden, egal wo man ist.Die Musik ist zwar ok, aber die "Nachbarn" bekommen alles mit.Paßform & Sitz sind spitze.Fazit: Keine Empfehlung - gebe lieber mehr € aus für was vernünftiges. Denn es gilt hier: Wer billig kauft, zahlt zweimal.
