We purchased this product to address space constraints in the tiny kitchen of our one-year rental house. The product is attractive, functional, and reasonably sturdy, and we're satisfied it will serve its purpose for the next twelve months. Nevertheless, we found the product lacking in overall quality, and we felt the assembly process was needlessly difficult.In terms of quality: We were disappointed that some of the pieces of the cart's metal frame were visibly misshapen; as a result, there are unsightly gaps in the fully assembled piece where parts don't align as intended. We were also frustrated to discover that parts of the cart's metal frame were scratched before we even removed them from the box. Additionally, we experienced a number of hardware-related problems (a number of pieces were missing from our hardware kit, and the cam screws included in our hardware kit varied slightly in size, even though, according to the assembly instructions, they should all have been identical).In terms of assembly: The assembly instructions featured crude drawings that we found difficult to interpret. Moreover, the instructions failed to account for several of the product's key parts. For example, the product includes a three-outlet power strip that attaches to the rear of the cart's frame. The instructions, however, did not reference the power strip, the bracket that holds it in place, or the screws used to attach the bracket to the frame. We had to figure out this part of the assembly for ourselves, which was rather maddening.Ultimately, we would recommend this product, but with reservations.

Delivered to my door before Amazon even said it shipped. It's not bad quality but doesn't sit completely level on the floor. The directions are a little ridiculous, nothing is labeled, but you don't have to be a genius to put it together. It came with a 3-prong, 3 outlet extension cord with absolutely no directions as to how to attach it, but we figured it out. I'm happy with it, except that the drawer pieces have a strong chemical smell. Hopefully after I wipe it down it won't stink after a while.

Intent of purchase was to use to hold several light, electrical devices in a crafting room: a printer, Cricut Expression, Silhouette Cameo, and a thermal binder. It serves this purpose, seems fairly steady once assembled. Outlet cord is a bit short, but nice to have 3 outlets on cart. The fact that the cart functions for what I want, I am giving 2 stars. For everything else, I would give it ZERO stars.The first cart arrived quickly. The box appeared well packed, as each corner of the exterior of the box had Styrofoam corners and the entire box was heavily wrapped in shrink wrap. Once the shrink wrap was removed, we could see a small hole in box and the box was crinkled as though bounced around, and VERY dirty. Upon opening the box, I cannot describe our disappointment.Every single piece was dirty and grimy, and dirt/rust fell out of every piece of metal in the box. Laminate and metal parts were scratched and damaged. It probably could have been assembled, but looked as though the item had been in a giant rock tumbler and then dropped in the ocean prior to being shipped (origination was Petersburg VA).I contacted Amazon via the Help/Contact Us option and a Customer Service Rep was very helpful. They immediately next-day shipped a replacement. The replacement came from Spartanburg SC. I had high hopes that the replacement would be in better condition. I was very wrong.Although slightly better than the first, it was also very dirty with scratches and poor laminate application. Had this been the first one, it would have gone back as well, but we did need a cart that fit this one's dimensions/configuration. So, I kept it and then moved onto my next challenge. . .assembly.Do not purchase this cart if you do not have previous experience assembling furniture. The directions are poorly written with no text and only diagrams (like an exploded view for each step). Some parts, like the outlet plug, are not explained even graphically in the instructions. Good luck interpreting!We finally go together, and it looks like something I purchased at a garage sale, probably built in 1975. Don't buy this unless you have to!

There were no real good directions for assembling. None of the parts were labeled so I had to figure out which were which. Took quite a long time to assemble.

Used it to store my appliances from my counter top!

Box was well wrapped in plastic wrap and styrofoam on all 4 corners. As soon as I opened the box there was a cloud of dust. I had to clean every piece before I could start to put it together. The stand itself is a little wobbly, the instructions are lacking, and none of the cam screws will secure properly. If I didn't need this to save counter space it would go back tomorrow

I really like this microwave cart, the only hitch is while it looks great, it is poor quality, not to mention two of the plastic drawer attachments were missing from my package, and I can't use the drawer portion until I purchase the fittings for it. I should have sent it back but, by the time I got it all together, I didn't want to take it apart.

Size is great for small space. Difficult to assemble and top piece is not level. Connecting pieces do not Shelving hardware poor quality and do not fit properly. Protective covering on shelves very hard to remove cleanly. Once together works well. A decent unit but be prepared to take several hours to assemble and be ready to fix a few parts.
