Be careful. Ultra sharp. Easy to control. I filet chicken breasts for chicken parmesian. I use a knife sharpener on occasion. The sheath is great; I mean, I can't slice myself putting the knife back in the sheath and the sheath protects the knife in my over-filled knife drawer. You really can't do better.

This is great filet knife especially if you like Northern Pike, this is one of the best knives I have used for getting the y-bones out. I bought one of these knives for my fishing partner and my son also. Edge retention could be better but a couple swipes on the sharpener and your back in business.

Very sharp but did not cut through bones easily. Blade seems a bit flimsy.

I use this regularly for cutting salmon and cod. Excellent value for the money. No complaints.

This knife has been excellent. I also have a larger Bubba Blade that I used all the time as I feel it is a good knife as well. The Bubba Blade only gets used on really large fish and other particular situations. The Rhinoreto is my go to knife for 80% of my fish cleaning. Easy to work with, easy to hold, easy to clean. The very sharp and narrow point are convenient for working through tight spots and smaller fish. Great job Rhinoreto.

Very sharp and light weight

My husband loves this knife. It is easy to handle and does an excellent job in cutting and slicing. Is easy to use and clean.
