Nice quality & well packed.
Nice quality lamp shade. I'm not going to use it where I had intended because I'm just not crazy about the dark yellow cast that it makes on the items below it. I have another hardback black shade with gold mining that I purchased years ago, and loved it... It didn't have the same dark hue as this one tho. It's just not my thing. I will find a.place for it soemwhere, just not sure yet where. (Picture included).

Honestly had a hard time finding this specific kind of lamp shade; the size, modern style with a black exterior and gold interior. Great quality considering the price point! The gold does scratch easily so try not to touch it during installation and I suggest using a light switch if possible when shutting lamp on and off to avoid potential scratches. If someone is staring that closely to your lampshade and comments on the scratches tell them to GTFO of your home, haha. It’s a good buy if this is your style.

Perfect for my needs
Love, love love this shade. Construction appears to be well done. Replaced an off-white shade with this brown one because my walls are off-white and the room is just too drab. This was a perfect move in the right direction.

Lamp shade
I really like this lamp shade. I didn’t realize that the inside was gold with a black outer cover. I have it on a glass lamp trimmed in gold and when it is on at night it is beautiful. It is an excellent lamp shade for the money.

Lampshade just arrived, and I am very pleased! Lovely, smooth finish on the outside body. Nice grosgrain type tape on each edge. Inside layer of gold very shiny, and light reflective. Looks rich. It is absolutely opaque, and that is what I wanted. No glare in my eyes from light coming out the sides. Light goes down on the table instead. Looks great on an Oriental porcelain lamp. Seems very sturdy. I would buy from this company again.
