Farberware Classic Series Flour Sifter 5 Cup - Stainless Steel

Not as solid feeling as I would have liked, but the auto retracting handle and easy of use makes it great. Can't stand all the new ones that require turning a crank, feels like a step backwards in engineering for that "retro" feel. Careful with washing, such fine mesh isn't meant to be introduced to liquid too often and it will rust. I only use for flour and only wash when needed.
