Great price. Dealer was asking a whole lot more money for this.

Purchased for a montego and when installed the unit would not turn on at first but then when it did it would not shut off with switch. Checked car out (we are a mechanic shop) even swapped ballast from other side and it worked fine so issue was clearly with car. Vender did not reply to any emails and there customer service line never answers.Only purchased this item from aftermarket/amazon as manufacture no longer has them they have been long since discontinued.

I have a 2007 Aston Martin V8 Vantage with HID's and this was an exact match to what I had. So early Vantage guys have no fear. I once again have all 4 eyes back

Also fits aftermarket DOPO headlight for 2007-2014 Escaladehad to do some real sleuthing to figure this one out. If you follow the DOPO path you might be waiting a year for that boat from the UK to arrive!! Amazon had this to me the next day.

After installing the ballast the headlight turned on and was functional again for the HID lights in my '06 Mercury Montego - the issue with that was the headlight control switch was off. Unfortunately wasn't able to put together a work around to turn off the light without unplugging the fuse or assembly from power for the HID and had to return it for a OEM ballast control from Phillips, which worked.

order 2 of these and both were bad

Lasted less than a year. Apparently not compatible with vehicle even though website states they are. Error code on dash cannot be cleared per automotive electrician.

I purchased this product for a 2006 mercury Montego, the light came on and stayed on when I plugged in the ballast. Then it ended up blowing my bulb.
