Unsatisfied
I really like how they personalised the home screen on this android box and how cool the mouse looks. However, I would not recommend this box to anyone beacsue the remote would sometimes not work and it would get stuck very frequently. Secondly, the box would automatically stop working and I would therefore, have to restart it again and again. As a result, I returned the item. Very unhappy

Brilliant little device that does a great job!
Plumbed-in and works without any issue whatsoever. The remote is decent, though I use a wireless keyboard in preference. Just delighted with it - replaces a laptop I had hooked up to a non-smart TV - runs all the apps I need/like without issue. Although there aren't a huge number of apps available in the Play store for it, it's easy to find APK files online - and having installed a file-explorer that's able to 'see' the network in my home, installing them is child's play.Couldn't be happier :)

Does the trick
Not a bad android box, powerful. Menu on main screen though, should be an option to remove unwanted apps displayed and replace them with your own. With a good fibre connection streaming is flawless.

I expected something better
the tv box I like very much fulfills all the functions how the product describes the only problem that is that you have to download an application to be able to see all the downloaded applications and the Play store are not all the applications as it should be. Apart I have a problem I came with the damaged Remote Control since the mouse option does not work

forget any of cheaper nonsense.
All other android tv boxes pale in comparison. Way more advanced with none of the overheating issues. Just pay extra and invest in the very best. Ger IPVANISH and real-debrid account and your as good as gold with even 4k streaming. Gpu is a beast in this newer model beelink ultimate.

Top quality
The box itself is top quality. Set up in minutes, easy to download apps and super quickOnly slight criticism is the remote could be better, but saying that I can say the same with 99% of these boxes and good remotes are cheap as chips these days.
