Kotobukiya MH05 M.S.G Modeling Support Goods, Heavy Weapon Unit, Mega Rush Edge, Non-Scale, Parts for Plastic Models

Bought for a custom Gundam Astray project. Came unpainted (dark grey plastic), went together quick and easy. Although sized more for Kotobukiya's Frame Arms line, the handles fit in a 1/144th sized hand nicely. A little heavy for Bandai's polycaps but nothing too terrible. Looks great in any configuration (and there are a bunch).Gave it a 4 'cause the plastic for mine took enamel paints strangely. Even after a quick wash, the main weapon took the paints well while the handle section had an issue drying. Def. recommend a primer before painting.

This has a handful of smaller swords with fold-away handles. However, the all-up unit doesn't have a good handle. Instead, it has a Rube Goldberg-esque series of pivots and pegs, but nothing that lends itself to a two-handed grip. In this regard, it probably functions better as a shield (binder, in Gundam terms) than an actual slashing weapon.Fortunately, you can just snip off a chunk of the model parts' tree to fashion a suitable handle.

this kit adds some interesting weapons but the sockets and joints the connect the main weapon to the part that connects or is held by other kits is a little loose

Small model accessory for Kotobukiya Frame Arms sets. It was bigger than I thought, and was a lot of fun to build (albeit pretty quickly). There are several ways to use and combine it for many different uses/poses.

Got this initially to use with the 00 Qan[T] unit (still haven't bought or built that....) but it proves itself a great addition to many of my kits that needed an extra bit of weaponized "oomf" to them. Stands about as tall as the F91 Gundam 1/144 kit from Bandai.

Very weird size. It fits the size of SH Figuarts figures, but the grips are different sizes so only certain parts of the weapon can be held properly, and when put together as a full weapon, it's too big to be held up by just the figure. It's not awful, very cool design and a simple 5-minute build, but could be much better.

Huge sword. Very nice quality. Many different options

HORRIBLE it took forever to get the package and came in small pieces where you have to assemble. Not a good buy. Never again.

I got this item primarily to give my GN Archer an archer's look. It is a quick and simple build, since you do most of it twice, once for each side. It must be said that there is no way for the connections from the handle to the main gun don't have any way to lock into position, and the pegs and port are likely to fall out from each other as you reposition the item, but once in position you should be okay. The main canon's handle is also a bit thick, but you can still get it into even the GN Archer's hand with a little fiddling. There's no problem whatsoever with the swords' and hatchets' smaller handles.A 1/144 model will have some issues holding this item aloft with everything on it. In order to have the GN Archer hold the weapon without the arm sagging, I took off the effect pieces and the axes. The bow's reduced weight is not a problem even for such a small mode.This item is quite versatile, as it can be used as a pair of axes and swords, a canon, a longbow or crossbow, a shield, a flight pack, or a buster sword. Naturally, it would fit a 1/100 scale model better. The lost star is for the lack of a locking mechanism on the manipulating assembly. If you have an imagine in mind for it to be used with one or more of your models, I highly recommend it.

接着不要ですが複数パーツを結合した形態でのジョイントの保持力が弱い様に感じました。ジョイント穴がパーツの合わせ目にあるので、バラさない部分のパーツはしっかり接着してゆるまない様にした方が良いです。グリップ部分は色々な持ち方が出来る様に多軸可動式ですが、やはり保持力が弱いです。というか変形ギミックもありパーツが多く、全体に重すぎるのでしょう。

めちゃくちゃでかいです、最初クリアパーツでできた刃部分がランナーに接続されているのを見て、実に驚きました。組み上げてみると相当デカイ。分離してロングソード、アックス、ライフルなど様々な形態を作れるのが魅力ですが。単体でみたときに接続用の三ミリ穴がほとんど存在せず接続可能な部分がグリップ部分のパーツのみ。だけれどもそれを外すと今度はグリップとの共存ができない。デザインと大型クリアパーツの外連味など最高ですが、シリーズ内部で見たときには組み換えバリエーションの少なさが問題になりそうです。色々もったいない商品です

大剣モードで長さ約160mmと大型。片刃剣の状態でも120mm程あり存在感は抜群です。ただ、いずれの形態でも片手持ちのグリップしかないため、重さに耐えきれず構えることが困難です。両手持ち用のグリップを自前で調達するか、武器保持用のサブベースが必要と思います。画像 ランナーを使ってグリップ作ってみました

ソード、ブレード、シザース、ボウ(❔)等の組み換えが楽しぃ＼(　'ω`　)／ 武器の側面に取っ手が付けれる仕様。 しかし、真っ直ぐの取っ手が無ぃので一般的な大剣の持ち方はﾃﾞｷﾅｰｲ 製品のﾗﾝﾅｰで作るか…( ˘•ω•˘ ) あ､下の穴3mじゃねぇ...
