Very good product for when the cold start.

Ever since my holistic doc recommended these I haven't had a cold or flu in over 10 years. At the first - important to take at the VERY first - sign of something coming on, take 3-5 every few hours the first couple days or more. I normally get this brand but have had good luck with others, too. I never leave home without some in my purse along. My colleagues have finally come around as I'm the one in the office who never gets whatever is going around and I am, by far, the oldest.

I’ve been taking this for 2 years now, and I have had my healthiest 2 years in decades. At the first sign of sniffles or scratchy throat or cough I take 4 of them, then three every 2 to 3 hours, and always by the next morning I feel energized and the symptoms are gone. It is amazing.I waited to review this to make sure this wasn’t the placebo effect. I now feel that I have enough instances where everyone in my family or at work caught the flu or cold, and I started to catch something but it went away after using this product. Echinacia with golden seal never worked this well. Zinc and vitamin c never did, nor did Zicam or anything else.I have not had a 2 year period of complete health in over 20 years. I can’t say enough positive comments about this.

I bought this product because dec of 2016 I got sick with a bad chest cold that hung on until nearly March 2017, with a cough that did not go away until June of that year. I had read about this product and bought it proactively this winter 'just in case'. (When I get sick I get really sick)I sailed through the winter holidays, healthy and feeling great. Yesterday, I woke up with a sore throat and chest congestion- especially bad since I was leaving in 2 days for a week long visit to see my baby granddaughter. I started taking the Yin Chiao as directed; OMG I woke up this morning nearly 100 %! I have never kicked a viral cold this quickly! I'm sold. I never want to run out of this product! Thank you to the manufacturer! Love it!

They really work. My acupuncturist introduce me to the Yin Qiao formula 10 years ago. Since then I’ve relied on them for every respiratory distress. Of course I use them for colds, but I also use them when I’m feeling under the weather, when my asthma is bad, and any other time I feel like I could use a Qi boost. I always have at least two bottles on hand, and this is the best brand I have ever used. Hundred percent worth every penny.

I always use this when a cold is coming on - in the very beginning, this can ward it off, even though it's still in your body, and I've been able to avoid actually having a full-blown cold with this. My immune system is weak, so I now supplement this sometimes with vitamin C and/or zinc. If it's not a heavy cold, these alone may do it. Wonderful little things!

I am not quick to purchase supplements or vitamins for fear that I am wasting my money, but my Chinese herbalist recommended I take these for seasonal allergies. She said they also should be taken if you feel a cold coming on. I have taken them almost daily all winter long and this is the first winter I went without getting sick. I am in my 20's and otherwise in good health, but I like in the upper midwest where flu and cold season are brutal. I have no way to prove these helped, but I certainly think they did.

Bought this product a few months ago and it only cost $25. Bought it last week and it cost $45 for exactly the same item. That is almost double the price. This is gouging whilst the Covid19 is going on. Not right and should not be alllowed!!
