The chocolate is good. The discs are easy to measure. I weigh them on a scale. The most impressive part of the order was the packaging. I ordered this on July 27. Not a great time to order chocolate because of the heat. They shipped the chocolate in a stryofoam cooler with frozen ice packs in it to keep the chocolate from melting. It arrived on a summer day when the outside temperature was in the upper nineties. It sat outside for probably 3-4 hours before I got home. By that time, the ice packs were melted, but THE CHOCOLATE WAS NOT MELTED!!!. Awesome!

The only chocolate I use for baking. I particularly like that twenty of the little medallions are almost exactly an ounce, so I don't need to drag out a scale to measure my chocolate. Melts beautifully, tastes wonderful.

I recently purchased some unsweetened Belcolade chocolate in place of the usual Callebaut that I order. I love Callebaut, but it is very difficult to cut due to the thickness of the giant bars. The chipped version available through some vendors is an inferior product. Thus, I tried Belcolade. It is much darker than Callebaut and has a more earthy flavor characteristic of "Dutching." However, it is better and more complex than other dutched chocolates like Lindt. I would rate it as high as Callebaut and Valrhona and certainly better than Ghirardelli and the expensive Sharffenberger. Best of all, The Belcolade is delivered in small wafers and required no cutting, just measuring in a cup. It saves me a great deal of time and mess. Also, the price is right and less than virtually every other ultra premium brand.

lo compre pensando que eran pepitas de chocolate y me encuentro que son una especie de monedas de unos 4 gramos cada una. La calidad del cocholate esta bien y su sabor muy rico pero era para hacer bolleria y asi no me sirve.

Je connais se produit depuis plusieurs années étant ancienne artisan boulanger avec mon mari produit parfait excellence de chocolat au lait pour faire mousse ,tarte ou même déguster les pistol avec le café

Ho dovuto rimandare il prodotto indietro perché la data di scadenza non era leggibile nella confezione, cosa inaccettabile in si trattando di un prodotto alimentare.
