I bought this on Prime Day on a spur of a moment whim but I'm glad I did because I've been wanting to transition from tea bags to loose leaf tea for years and because of my impulse buy, I finally did it! I am so glad I did! The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because it takes a little longer to boil water than I would have thought compared to most electric tea kettles. That is the only draw back. Other than that, this thing is amazing. It has a beautiful LED light that turns on when you click it on and it automatically turns off after its don't boiling plus it stays hot for a while. So I usually set it and do other things while it's going and it keeps it warm for a long time. Love this tea kettle. The tea infuser is essential for tea lovers.

Love it!!!!!!!!! Keep in mind I’ve only used twice so far but I LOVE it!!!! Loose leaf tea!!!!!!!They Recommend you clean with vinegar however I’m allergic to Sulfites and you can’t really reach in to scrub the whole tank which is why cleaning got a 4. I just run hot water long enough for the smell of tea to go away and if it NEEDS soap I’ll add that and rinse it with hot water but it shouldn’t. Could probably also just clean it with APLE CIDER VINEGAR instead now that o think about it. FIVE STARS.

Lasted 18 months them died. Used sevwral times a day. All in all it was great up until is wasnt. For what i paid it was a decent deal.

the lid doesn't open as far as I'd like it to. It presents problems getting the insert in and out when filling with loose tea. Other than that I love it! It is convenient having the kettle next to my desk and not having to go to the kitchen for tea when I'm working.

I do like that this product heats up quickly but I really do not like that it does not stay hot or even warm for long. I wish I would have went with a product that has longer temperature control.

Works well overall. It is hard to clean and there is no temperature control or keep the water hot. For quick tea and instant hot water only.

I absolutely love this glass kettle! Easy to use, quick water heat up, nice to look at and even has a tea steeper! Very easy to clean.
