Digital Programmable Timer, Weekly Light Switch Timer

Got this for my easily distracted 7 year-old to help keep him on-task in school. His teacher said she's in love with the device! It literally helped my son turn his behavior around the first week he wore it. After the 3rd or 4th week, he started getting a little too used to it and his behavior started slipping again, but simply increasing the frequency of alerts helped get him back on track again. I researched other devices and it seems like this is the only device of its kind. Other devices - those geared for exercise interval training - limit both the frequency and duration of alerts. The one criticism I have is that it a little bulkier than I'd like. I wish it were just a little narrower and thinner that way it would fit better in a pair of pants pockets or hanging around the neck. As it is, it won't fit comfortably in my sons pants pockets so he wears it around his neck, but it is a bit bulkier than I'd prefer it were - but it get's the job done!

This is really great, simple to use - I didn't even have to read the instructions, which is always a plus! The only suggestions I would have for the company is to have the option to increase the vibration strength beyond 5, and if they can get it any smaller that's a plus when wearing something smooth/well fitted in public. I find myself becoming habituated to the light vibration after a while when sitting quietly, but when I'm chasing a loud child I'm potty training and there is a lot of noise in the house, I cannot even feel the vibration. I use mine to remind myself to pause and take a deep breath every 5 minutes. But it's a fantastic product and I definitely recommend it.

Didn't seem to help my second grader focus much better in school. Maybe just a little.

This has been serving me very well. I use it at home to remind me to check on my elderly in-law. I had thought of having him use it, but decided he would be confused by it. I also use it to time my exercise. The vibration signal is so much better than a loud bell or buzzer.

Exactly what I needed. Makes absolutely no sound inside the zendo when we are meditating. Keeps time perfectly. Very easy to set desired time. Really, really recommend it!

Very useful tool for my Reiki practice

In order to have a reliable hourly reminder, this product does the trick. I love that there is a mild vibration without the alarm which startles me and which I then forget to reset. This is a one set for the entire day.

Easy, easy to use. The signal is not too annoying.
