Recommend to new mommies
My doctor informed me the only prenatal I could take without throwing up was DHA. I have done lots of research in different prenatal supplements and found pretty much all have pros and cons when it comes to reviews. I thought I gave this one a try, although new, my husband had tried their energy booster pills before and gave great compliments. I have not had any issues, I have been on this sup since 1st trimester and I am now 33 weeks. No ugly after taste at all with burps, no nausea ever, and best of all it gave me more energy compared to before.
