I also received spiral curlers even though the listing and all photos show ripple wave curlers. Then a chat rep told me I ordered the wrong ones and sent me an identical link for a new set. I'm so annoyed by this and of course the replacements can't be sent sooner than one week. Doesn't help at all!!

My order arrived quickly but I ordered the wavy set and received the spiral curl ones. In addition to getting the wrong ones my hair is past my shoulders and the spiral curlers are too short.

I bought these knowing I wasn't getting what was described. I wanted curlers that would produce round curls and these work really well. The curls produced hold nicely and the curlers themselves are dead easy to use.Also, if you use these on a wig with boiling water, these are the easiest way to transform straight fibers without worrying about damage.

a lo mejor por un tema de idioma, se puede confundir, los rodillos crear ondas en el cabello, no rizos... no estan sencillo de usar, tampoco es complicadisimo,y los resultados son mejores cuando se aplica calor..

I placed 2 separate orders for the wave formers but I received the spiral curl rollers both times! those are two totally different wave patterns. It may be a good item if I desired regular curls but it’s definitely not what I wanted, expected or paid for twice.

Two of the pictures show long wave shaped items (the primary picture is wavy) and two of the smaller pictures show spiral shaped curlformers. I thought I was ordering 50cm (19 in) wavy ones. I received short and medium spirals :-(

Super disappointed that these are not at all the "water ripple" as pictured and described. They are the original spiral shape. Thumbs down!
