We have been so many pumice stones and they are all too soft and aren’t worth a darn. But this one is nice and hard and scrapes away everything it needs to. Thanks.

removed a stubborn rust stain that wouldn't come out with the usual chemical treatments. NOTE: Obviously this removes some part of your pool finish in the process - so you should only use where moderate rubbing will suffice.

Item is well made and works with standard pool extension pole. Convenient for walls and hard to reach areas or depths where a standard pumice cannot be used unless you’re in the water. Stone itself is much smaller than standard pumice stone. One third of the stone is embedded in the plastic case and is therefore not useable . 3 stars for that reason... otherwise handy tool.

AwfulI tried a porous pumice stone and a few other things. This was by far the worse and the most abrasive.

Removed small rust stains on pebblecrete pool with ease

Does not remove stains at all from the pool. Purchased based on images and it does nothing of the kind. Do not believe the pictures, as based on my experience, they are photoshopped.

Although the ad focuses on it'd ability to remove leaf and rust stains, it does not remove either of these. Disappointing

I bought this to try to clean a brownish stain off our pool tiles. I used it very lightly, as I was concerned it could scratch. just as well I did, because when I stepped back and viewed the tiles in the sunlight, I can see parallel scratch marks on the tiles I test it on. I've tried buffing with a softer brush (going in the other direction) but the scratches are not budging. Definitely wouldn't recommend!
