Mineral Deodorant Spray, Unscented, All Over Body Deodorant, 4 Fl Oz

I’ve been using this brand for longer than I can remember. This scent specifically. Once I learned about aluminum in deodorant I went on the hunt for something that wouldn’t leave white marks on my dark clothing, kept me from smelling, and helped with perspiration. I found this after some research. I NEVER smell bad now. Even after showering and going a full day without using it and sweating it somehow keeps working. I’m not saying it will keep going for two days + as I’ve never tried that but missing a day shouldn’t be a problem. I still sweat when it’s really hot outside but somehow aver the time I’ve been using it I just stopped smelling bad when I sweat. It also has cut down on how much I will sweat but I never feel a film or cakeyness, no itching or stickiness. It just dries like water on the skin. It’s natural and has clean ingredients to the best of my knowledge. A great value for the money. Highly recommended!

I have what I would consider to be a problem perspiration and I have used Dry Idea roll-on exclusively for probably the past 25 or 30 years. I have never had any problem with and it always kept me sweet smelling and dry. Over the years they change the formula many times and I never had any problem with the changes but all of a sudden out of the blue 5 or 6 months ago I got a horrible irritation, swelling, bumps and bad redness under both arms, bordering on abscesses and I knew it was the Dry Idea and that I needed to make a change. I have wanted to get away from anti-perspirants for a long time and on and off had tried some of the natural things over the years, but I couldn't even make it through a 12 hr day without smelling bad. But since I know now that anti-perspirants are bad for me after having a reaction, I decided to force myself to deal with whatever happened when I switched to a natural deodorant. I bought various forms of it such as the Thai solid and powder lines, various forms of Crystal Essence and found that pretty much all of them work about the same, so I decided to just keep what I liked the smell of which ended up being the Crystal Essence pomegranate spray and the same scent in the roll-on. In between showers if I started to notice odor, I wet some dry wipes I buy here on Amazon with 91% alcohol and clean under my arms with that. It has less water than regular 70% alcohol, and is usually sold alongside the 70% in drugstores. It does not irritate me at all, and I found that this killed the smell better that washing with even Betadine surgical scrub or other strong soaps outside of the shower. In the shower I'd have to wash and rinse at least twice to kill the smell. Anyway I figured that I was in for a life of never making it through a day without starting to smell, but over time I noticed it starting to get better and better and after about four months I noticed that I wasn't smelling at all anymore and I was able to make it fully through the day and longer. I think your body has to adjust to it and I think that allowing the toxins to come out for all those months brought me to a healthier new "normal" which I am thrilled about. It has always bothered me using chemicals under my arms as it seemed like a bad idea to plug up an exit spot for toxins. As you know, this does not stop sweating, but as long as I don't smell, I do not mind a little dampness when it's hot outside. I have not had wet underarms at all. I have it down to using the Crystal Essence pomegranate roll-on after a shower and if I need to touch up or cannot shower one day, I use the spray after I wipe the underarms with alcohol (which rarely is necessary anymore, but I do it for hygiene). The spray lasts a very long time, I use 4-5 sprays for each arm, but 4 is plenty. So glad I stuck it out because it was very rough at times! I just figured it was my lot in life to deal with stinky underarms and had no idea it would get better with time after all the toxins had exited. The best unscented deodorant product ever! This product and the Crystal Travel Stick have become my go-to deodorant - they just work, without any annoying perfumes.

I enjoy the solid Crystal deodorant but thought I might like to try a spray as it’s quicker and doesn’t contaminate the stick if you apply over less-than-fresh skin. I saw a deal on this two pack of spray and took a risk on a scent I’d never tried because they have apparently stopped making my favorite one or are having supply-chain issues with that scent. The spray does the job, but it applies very wet and cold for longer than you would expect. I sweated it off within 12 hours at moderate exercise/hiking. I have had no skin irritation, but the perfume makes me sneeze. The pomegranate smells more like old lady rose soap cakes from the 1970s with a stringent piqaunt finish (minus the pleasantness because if you smell that, you are likely to experience it again with swamp pits later and that’s a layering combo to make anyone question their life choices). To quote Portlandia: “It works….kinda.”

Easy to apply, nice fragrance, no irritation, doesn’t seem to stain clothing.

I got this as a natural alternative to antiperspirant and it really works well! I don't notice the aroma much (or at all really) but I don't think thats important. I don't smell sweaty and I feel like I perspire less, which is what matters more. This and a little cologne is my solid go-to for the office!

Great product!! But, it took 21 days to get from the US to Canada. So shipping time was terrible!!

I'm very impressed with the results of this product. I wore it after shower and did a high intensity workout which makes me sweat like crazy. I had 0 smell of sweat after the workout. It's amazing! However, I believe that the product only helps with preventing unpleasant odors rather than controling the amount of sweat. But, it is amazing how it feels like it solves the smell issue from the root rather than just concealing it!

I bought it because I was already using this type of deodorant but from another brand and at the time I couldn't find my regular product but it's not the same, I don't know how natural it is but it doesn't do its job. At least for me it doesn't work all day...
