Great on the road and at home gym solution!
Im a big gym nut and get really annoyed when im on the road and hotels either have no gym or have a terrible gym. This is your on the road and at home gym solution! Just beware that you can stack bands and create alot of reisstance that can break/or break loose a hollow or light door. I tend to either use lighter weight or find a string door and put the band anchor towards the hinges and away from the opening side of the door. Get fit!!
