Great cologne with amazing fragrance.

Using Royall Lyme takes me back to my youth when you'd visit a "barber shop" in the good old days and after a haircut, the barber would douse your neck in talc that smelled just like this product. The fragrance will linger all day with you but not overpowering. Using this after shaving in the morning gets your day started off with a very clean and refreshed feeling. Highly recommend.

I had found this fragrance at a boutique shop while on vacation and my husband loved it so I decided to order it for him for Christmas. It smells so good and lasts quite a while. He doesn't like strong scents and doesn't typically wear cologne or shaving cream, but he is using this one. It smells so clean.

My title is not personal, it's referring to the cologne.I've loved Royall Lyme for decades. I'm actually not much for men's colognes and women's perfumes anyway. Deodorants are a must, but not so much with other scents. This Royall Lyme All-Purpose Lotion is different, and I don't really care if anyone else likes the way I smell, 'cause I do - and my wife does.Unfortunately, as other reviewers have noted, the latest version of the Royall Lyme All-Purpose Lotion is made in the USA and not in Bermuda, as was the original lotion. I say unfortunately, because this scent is not as citrusy and it's also not as long-lasting as the original version.Still, it's close enough to what I like. (But, if someone finds a stash of the original Bermuda blend, please let me know!)

I've been known to enjoy a good nightcap or two in my time and I've been very impressed with Royall Lyme, so much that I'm inspired to write my first review on Amazon.There's a near-overwhelming dryness but then surprising twist of smoothness that I get at the first sip. I let the oils soak on my tongue and I'm immediately hit with this Bermuda-like infusion of citrus and sea breeze. It's both strong and subtle, such as the way fresh ground pepper is when it too is introduced to your palate.Royall Lyme is great as a stand-alone drink on ice (where the flavors are better-released) but it also mixes very well with club soda. You can obviously garnish it with a lime or even a lemon. If you're looking for an absolute wonderful tie-in that I think puts this drink over the top, grate a bit of nutmeg and add a pinch. Stir well.Reminiscent of some kind of paradise, Royall Lyme is a terrific addition to anyone's drink cabinet and I will be ordering another bottle very soon. In fact, if there is anything negative I can say about this product, it's that I can't seem to find it in a larger, standard 750ml bottle or something comparable to its competitors on the market...

This fragrance is light & refreshing especially in the hot summer. Can be used by both men & woman. I used to use Jean Nate' along time ago but discovered Royall Lyme which I love better. I don't like strong scents & this powers out very nice.This product is NEVER discounted in stores so check Amazon for the best pricing.
