I purchased this item a few weeks ago. Finally decided to try it out.I only started with 1 pill like the bottle said. OVER THREE DAYS AGO. I only took the one dose. I wanted to see how my stomach handled the product before I continued. I can only imagine how bad it would be if I took it regularly the last couple days.I noticed a complete change in my movements. I typically went once a day and after that single capsule I started having to go pretty randomly and the consistency wasn't..... Consistent?Today has been the worst so far. I woke up super gassy and had a big movement and now my stomach is extremely uncomfortable. I'm also pretty nauseous.If I'm not feeling better by tonight I may end up going to the ER.

I tried another brand the first time I ordered. The brand was great but it was two capsules every morning. When it was time to order more I this. I capsule a day it's works great, keeps me regular. Def buying again.

First I was taking Pure For Man, than I changed for Zero For Him and never had any problems. I decided to try this one and the effect was totally the opposite. Unfortunately it didn't work for me.

The title of this listing need to be revise ASAP!!! The title said “fiber supplement” how can this product be called fiber supplement when there is laxative component on the label? The laxative component in this product is called “senna leave extract” which is the same ingredient for the brand Sennakot. Other than that the product works great for occasional constipation! But it is not for a daily use!
