Love this book. Great for beginning who want try with essential oil. Its very detailed list of essential oils. I would recommended buy this book.

After I showed my husband a book about home remedies, he really wanted a book on the use of essential oils. He thought that it would also be very beneficial for him to learn how essential oils can help him be healthier and to treat some of the things in his life so that his quality of life gets better.The book "The Beginner's Guide to Essential Oils" has a hundred different ways to use the top 30 essential oils. My husband has read articles about different oils before, but got tired of trying to find an essential oil for each health issue he wanted help with.One of his major issues he wanted help with was that he often has sore muscles after working in the yard too long. I found a great recipe in his book about easing sore muscles called "Muscle Mender Bath" on page 82.He also struggles at times getting to sleep because of the stress he may feel at work. I found several essential oil recipes on pages 92-94 that greatly helped him in getting to sleep. These really work and this book has become an essential to him.The book profiles some of the most popular essential oils and then goes into the top 30 and how they can be helpful.My husband is trying to live a healthier life and I'm glad I was able to help him along with "The Beginner's Guide to Essential Oils"

I'm just starting on this journey and looking forward to learning more. Easily understood with clear instructions. Lots of recipes.
