According to the seller, this chain is "weather-resistant finish, strong and rust resistant." It is not rust resistant. It hung outside for 2 days, during which time there was a rain, a common occurrence where we live. By the third day, it had rust. I'm including a picture; the rust is unmistakeable. Very disappointing.

Yup, they're dangley and hangey. And they're chains. If you're purchasing these expecting a new home theater surround-sound speaker system, you'll probably be disappointed. Worked great for our hummingbird feeder, but rusted very quickly. This might not be an issue if you are using it indoors or outdoors against a dark background. Unfortunately, we used it on a white deck fence and it stained any place it came into contact with. The chains rusted within the first month of use; not sure what this will mean for the longevity/integrity of the chain (something to keep in mind).

So, these days of Zoom meetings, I needed something for my green screen for the video calls. My room is not big and there isn't much room to put up a green screen so I have to hang it from the ceiling. I used a plant hook plus this chain, plus some additional chain to put it up and it works very well.The green screen is a bit heavier than you would think since it's mostly fabric material. However, because it has a metal edge, it is a bit heavy. This chain was a perfect solution to what I wanted to do.

I hang wind chimes on the inside of my windows and they never seem to come with the right length of chain. I purchases these chains because the links are a smaller size and would do the job without overpowering the look of the windchime.I was very pleased when I opened the package and saw how nicely they were made; each link is angled slightly as in a figure 8 pattern so that they can be opened at either end if you need to shorten or add to the length. All I used was a pair of needle nose pliers.My chimes are lightweight so I don't know how much they can stand but for my purposes these were perfect and no one can tell I switch the chains out.

I purchased these chains so I could hang a 4 ft stained glass piece in my picture window. As you can see from the picture, the chains were capped with three S hooks and one clip.
