I liked all the spiritual battles I can relate too I was led to watch this film I usually will not watch if I need to read subtitles but this was worth the read and watch great movie

Not just two talented and gorgeous men but a great story. Ji-shin was a role perfectly crafted for Woo Do-hwan. Love the action and build up to the final confrontation.

Yeah, I like guys. The two young leads in this show are really nice looking. Their acting is great as well.The plot...not so strong. Typical exorcism film with the usual conventions. Old experienced priest with a young guy assisting him. The young guy may have to save the day, but can he? Hmm...sounds like the plot to..let me think...oh yes...every Exorcism flick ever made.Ahn Sung-Ki plays the experienced priest. He is also one of the finest actors in the world. His contribution makes an otherwise cheese-log of a film quite watchable.I'd recommend, especially if you are a fan of the genre.

So if you're a fan of the movie Constantine this is kind of similar but still very different. The main guy hates God and lost his faith. He's plagued by demons and tries to find a solution. So he meets a priest and teams up with him and starts to tap into supernatural powers and turns into a badass fighter against evil. The demon parts are pretty creepy and executed in a really cool way that reminded me of personal experiences, yeah i know... but that said it made it really realistic in some ways and had me a lil shook haha like woah. the possession parts were really cool too. The main evil dude the "Devil worshiper" is like the puppet master and causes people to get possessed and in the end its like one of the Devil's Demons against one of God's Angels. So it was pretty cool the story telling and the symbol isms within it. and the makeup WOW beautifully done. i wanna watch it again immediately its HELLA good -_,- pun intended. cant wait for the sequel!!!!

I have seen this film before and never get tired of rewatching it.

Cons- wasn't as good as the original exorcist. played a little with cgi transforming human features to demon features. wasn't a fan of cgi. in regards to the cgi it reminded me of priest movie, constantine movie. the demons voices were definitely not as good, i.e. creepy as original exorcist movie. voices or verbalization's were more zombie-ish.Pros-good story line good acting some special fx are worth watching. good pace, there's some heroic stuff in this movie that calls out for you to silently cheer for the main characters. If you haven't seen the exorcist, this movie is a good movie to prepare you for the next evolution of must sees before watching the exorcist.

Loved it. Slow burn of a movie, but worth it in the end. I've been wanting to see this film since it came out but the closes theater it was playing at was still too far. Very happy to find it here. Park Seo Joon was great as a believer struggling with his anger at God. Woo Do Han as a villain was scarily believable. Don't be fooled by the pretty face. And Ahn Sung Ki as the exorcist priest was awesome. Choi Woo Sik also plays a minor role, but, it looks like there will be a sequel where he'll play the lead. Can't wait to see that, too. Overall, very happy with this film. I'd watch it again. And, again.

I liked that they knew that the way to defeat evil is only going to happen with God's power

Saw the trailer on another movie, it looked good, as thats what a trailer intends. It was OK, but could have been so much more!

The Divine FuryWow! Was für eine koreanische Perle wurde hier gezaubert. The Divine Fury ist ein Mix aus Horror, Action und ein wenig Drama und dieser Mix ist gelungen da einfach nichts überwiegt.Young - Hu Park verliert durch ein Schicksalsschlag den glauben an Gott. Bei dem Schicksalsschlag enthält Young-Hu ein mysteriöses Mahl an seiner Hand, was sich kein Arzt erklären kann.20 Jahre später ist er ein angesehener und berühmter MMA Champion und wird mit der Vergangenheit konfrontiert. Auf dem Weg mit seiner Vergangenheit abzuschließen trifft er auf Pater Ahn, der ein angesehener Exorzist vom Vatikan ist. Zu zweit nehmen die beide den Kampf gegen die Dämonen auf.Die Geschichte wird spannend und teils sehr atmosphärisch erzählt. In die länge gezogene Szenen gibt es keine, da der Film flott erzählt.Die Grund düstere Stimmung und Darstellung wirkt sich positiv auf die Atmosphäre aus. Der Sound sowie die Soundtracks sind stimmig.Die Schauspieler spielen ihren Rollen überzeugend und glaubwürdig. Der Pater Ahn und der MMA Champion Young-Hu harmonieren vor der Kamera und geben ein super Duo ab. Die Dämon bzw die bessesenen werden sehr gut dargestellt und auch gespielt.Die Effekte sind vielleicht ein ticken zu sehr GCI, aber definitiv noch im Maß des erträglichen.Kurz rum ist es einer der besten Korea Movie die ich in letzter Zeit gesehen habe. Dazu habe ich glaube noch keinen so guten Exorzisten Film gesehen. Man könnte ihn vielleicht ein wenig mit dem Film Constantine vergleichen, bloß haben die Koreaner dort die bessere Version abgeliefert.Klare Empfehlung meiner seits.
