Bulbs look healthy.
I just got these in the mail and put them in the ground. none were moldy or bad. I will post an update next year when they bloom.

Are these too dry and non-potent bulbs?
I just opened the package and see that the bulbs do not look healthy and potent. Many are extremely dry and disintegrated. However, I will plant them and see whether any will make healthy plants. I didn't want to rate it yet, but the app does not let me submit review without rating!
