Is it accurate? Who knows? It's close enough to be very useful. It's the standard one most have seen many times in a fridge or freezer. It's very easy to read. Totally worth the very little money it costs.

I got this 2 pack since we have a frig in the garage in addition to kitchen. It is truly beneficial to know when a refrigerator is not cold enugh and these showed me that my frig temperature needed to be adjusted. They are small enough not to take up room but large enough to be able to read without my glasses. Worth buying.
