Great quality, good exercises

Excellent quality posters. I like the option to be able to hang them vertically or horizontally because of the design on both sides. I also like how the exercises are organized into categories such as "upper body" "core" "total body" etc. I'll be able to put these up wherever I need them and because they are tough I'll be able to move them whenever I need to as well. The pictures are clear and the instructions simple and easy to understand. It was easy to give five stars for these.

The delivery of such a flimsy product came perfectly secure

I am fat so I don't need any more weight then I presently carry. This is a good visual guide to remind me of various exercises I can do (and need to do) to help me be less fat and perhaps even more physically fit.

Quality signs that can be tacked to the wall or put in a poster frame. These signs are going into a converted bedroom to workout room. Both signs have different exercises and stretches front and back so you can decide which side to display on the wall. The sign ships in to card board containers and you have instruction in how to straighten them out. I laid my poster on the floor curve side down and placed books on them to flatten them out. This method works for me as the posters will not get creases in them. They shipped fast and arrived before my shipping due date. I recommend these sign for any home gym.

Since we just bought a Weider ultimate sliding bench we also wanted to vary our workouts and found these posters to go along with the sliding bench exercises and resistance band exercises Love that they are readable, can be hung several ways and washable! Saves time by jus looking at the posters to change up the workouts

Laminated poster with nice, clear images. They have both a vertical and horizontal display and are printed on both sides. I got several of these posters from this vendor and all are of good quality. I wish they had the "Sliding Bench Workout" as part of the sets as I'd have probably bought a pack instead of a few separately.
