I have been taking these vitamins everyday for over 2 years now - before/during/after my pregnancies and would recommend them to others.I have read that some people have more energy with them. I I have not noticed a major difference in my energy level, although I was not taking them for more energy, I was taking them for the higher dosages of recommended vitamins they contain. Both my Primary care doctor and my OBGYN were impressed with the nutrients listed, as well.They taste great and have the same consistency as a fruit snack. They aren’t super sticky or smell weird, as some of the other vitamins I had tried. The container they come in is good quality and has a twist top.Setting up the subscribe is a great idea to save a little money and keep it simple!

This is the first and only prenatal I’ve been able to take and not want to puke while taking it. Taste is fine no weird smell or taste. Was recommended by my nurse practitioner that it has everything you need to support a healthy baby. Prepping currently my body for pregnancy so can’t say it’s worked yet but I do feel better taking it and I can keep it down without puking so that’s a win in itself.

I've always liked these vitamins, but the new enhanced formula is even better! The taste is great. With the new formula, only 3 gummies are required rather than 4, but I wish it was still 4 because they taste so good! Also, though negligible, there are now slightly fewer calories, carbs, and sugar in the new formula.One of the main reasons I chose these is that they contain folate rather than folic acid. Folate is the naturally occurring form while folic acid is synthetic and requires conversion in the body. Some people have difficulty metabolizing folic acid efficiently, so I preferred pure folate to ensure my body could absorb it properly.Yes, these vitamins are on the pricier side, but I believe they’re worth it -- and setting up Subscribe & Save cuts the cost some! A great choice for a prenatal gummy vitamin.

I (the account owner's wife) bought these after finding out I was pregnant because they were the most budget option I could find with methylfolate (which is easier for the body to absorb and process than regular folic acid) but I soon regretted it. They aren't terrible--the first couple of weeks of taking these gummies were okay. You have to take four a day, and they're quite strong and the flavor is pretty meh, not wonderful or terrible. Or, at least, it wasn't terrible until the morning sickness really set in! For me, it's really all-day sickness and the strong flavor triggers my gag reflex, so exercise caution.The other thing I didn't love about these prenatals is their lack of iron. I didn't think to check until I'd already been taking them for a couple of weeks and, guess what, now I'm anemic! Make sure to double-check what's actually included in the supplement so you can include others as needed--this is not an all-inclusive prenatal.
