These work very well. I'll be buying them again. I had been buying them at a local home improvement store in 2 packs, this is much more economical.

I can see!! I moved into my home and found a light in my stairwell was burned out. I googled to find out what type of light it was and found these on Amazon. I have been using the new bulb for a couple of months now and it's still working.

One out of five was dead out of the box, but the rest worked perfectly, so still good value for the money.

Some reviews mentioned bulbs burning out or not working. All mine work great so far. I will say I hate halogen bulbs and fixtures because they burn so hot and are hard to change. One cannot touch the bulb with bare fingers at all. But after looking around my community for replacements and not finding them, I ordered these and with prime they were here very quickly. I should have thought of that first. Reasonably priced too.

The price is great on these bulbs - the only down side is the 100 watts bulbs I received are not quite as bright as the original. It may be the light spectrum of these bulbs - they are just a warmer color.

Exactly the bulb I needed and I didn’t have to run around from store to store or find a specialty light bulb store to locate these particular bulbs.

My light fixture in my bathroom takes these bulbs and one at a local NYC store costs nearly as this 5 pack. They seem to last slightly less hours than Philips but I'm ok with that given the price I paid. The color is slightly warmer.They come shipped in 5 individual cardboard boxes inside of a small ziplock bag. This is much better than the store bought anti-theft plastic contraptions and it makes storage much easier. The packaging is nearly the same size as the bulb.

These were undersized slightly, about 2 mm or so, did not fit my spring loaded fixture even after bending the springs out.Why do people give junk like good ratings? Please read 1, 2, 3 and 4 star ratings for this before you buy. You will see complaints even in the 4 star ratings like "one out of five was dead out of the box" and they still give it a good review.If you like cheap junkie products at close to name brand prices, you will like this

Bulbs work well for replacements
