It looks good enough for the price, but unfortunately I can’t programme it using my Mac computer, so I’ve had to send it back. They might make that clearer in the description.I emailed the company to ask if there was a way round this, but didn’t get a reply.

this remote came, no instructions as stated, but found them on the gack, the suze if a hair off your head, anyway after waiting for amazon to deliver the magnifying lense i had to buy to read the instructions, i followed them n the fkiooing website stated aunt even running anymore, total waste of time, however the magnifying gass is class lmfaooooo

It does change channels and alters the volume but we can’t get it to bring up a menu to see what is on different channels the only way to do this is to keep flicking

Eventually found the software to load it via Google (the original website did not have it), but I tried all 3 Microsoft Media Centre options, and none of them worked.

No mac download!!!!! In this day & age. I agree it does say PC Programming control but did not take this literally to mean you are screwed without a Windows machine.. I did not consider there would be anyone not interested enough in additional sales to provide windows only downloads. Our household has apple, iOS, Chrome and Android devices but not windows.

This remote doesn't work on TV andyi am unable to get out to send it back so I'm stuck with it wat a waste of money can't get in touch with anyone about it really disappointed 😥

It's a pity this was useless - on the face of it, it would be much easier to use for a person with only one hand. Unable to make any other comment.
