Q: What is the non stick coating made of? What are all of the metals the alloy is comprised of?

Not sure. I use parchment when using the pan. Everything is golden bro we’dn and easy clean up. Great price!

Q: My cookies burned on the edges. I think it’s because the rim is too high. Anyone else ?
