I was able to put this together myself without power tools. It has nice features, like the microwave having a see- through door that actually opens and knobs on the sink that turn. It is a good size, just right for my 2 1/2 year old , but not bulky. I purchased a set of play food and cooking utensils to go with it and my granddaughter played with it everyday of her visit. I was looking for a kitchen that wasn’t a huge piece of plastic and blended well with our decor as we are keeping this in our family living area for the time being. This kitchen is perfect for what I was looking for in terms of size and construction. Fairly easy to assemble. My just-turned 2 year old has a little trouble opening and closing the microwave and oven but only because of her age, not any issue with the construction. The pieces fit well for me and stay closed when they are shut properly. Kitchen is fairly light, so easy to move around the room, and so far pretty durable knowing my daughter has banged on it playing with it. Decent storage in the oven area for other play food and play-sized pots and pans.

This toy is a disaster. I bought it for my three year old’s birthday and me and my partner assembled it the night before. It’s made of fragile particle board and several parts came already scratched or scuffed.Then we learned that the holes drilled into the corners of the particle board were an incorrect depth for the wooden dowels that mate with them. We had to cut down the dowels to the correct length, but some of them still protruded when we screwed it together, causing the wood to splinter and burst outwards from the laminated surface.After two hours all we had to show for our 100 dollars was a rickety toy with splintered wood in various places. It’s completely unsafe for a toddler to play with. Don’t waste your money.

For $38 you’re getting a sturdy enough pretend play kitchen. Just make sure to follow the instructions and tighten the screws well. Best value for money

This product would have gotten 5stars if there wasn’t a crucial piece missing. In order to put the microwave together I needed piece E well it wasn’t in the package. Now I have to spend more money and have my husband create a makeshift piece. Utterly ridiculous how one crucial piece was missing....

Can't ask for much more for the price

This little toy kitchen was very well-received at Christmas! It's extremely sturdy after building, and is still in perfect condition 2 months later despite being heavily used by a 3 and 1 year old.The only thing I will say is that my perceived skills at flat-pack furniture could not have prepared me for the assembly of this! It took a few hours to finish putting it together and we opted to use an electric screwdriver in the end because it was much faster. I don't really see this as a downside, more a caution to future buyers not to sit down with a cup of tea the night before it's needed and think it's going to be a walk in the park.

Built it myself at 11pm Christmas Eve. I don't build things because it confuses me, but this was extremely easy following the instructions. Feels sturdy and can't wait to see my son's faces in the morning when they see it!
