our boys, ages 6 and 8 were all able to get up the first time they tried and they love it. the only negative about it is that without any fins on the bottom, it tends to "swivel" on them a bit, which makes it harder to cut left/right in terms of getting in/out of the wake. That said, they like it alot. best used on small/light kids. Our 10 yr old nephew did better using an adult kneeboard, and he is only about 90 lbs.

Smaller size means less stability so the bigger kids have trouble with the front end plowing under.

Bought for my daughters 10th bday. Kids love it! Got up on it very easily! Hours of fun & we have only had it two days!

Great- we used it for kids 7 yrs to 13 yrs and they all loved it. Great balance training for wakeboard.

My boys love this kneeboard!! They are 8 and 10 and have no problem getting up on it!

The board works just fine. It has the features mentioned. However, the whole board looks totally different. The knee area is a LIGHT BLUE, not black. I would not have purchased this board if I knew that. This is for knee boarding in the Mississippi and that river is brown and discolors things over time. I was not happy when I opened it but it certainly wasn't worth paying the postage to return it. I HATE shopping online when things like that happen. The price was right and the board as worked fine these first few weeks but the photo is a misrepresentation of what you might be getting. Maybe I missed the fine print that said it might not look like the photo, but I guess I assume what the photo shows is what you'll get. UGGGG.
