Skunk2’s Alpha Series header utilizes race-proven designs in a more affordable and accessible to everyday enthusiasts. As a result, the Civic 2012 Si header was the perfect candidate to add to this line. The large 4 inch bell mouth design with 3 inch outlet is manufactured from high quality cast stainless steel for superior heat resistance and strength. This design enables maximum extraction of air flow and increased power. Heavy duty 1/2 inch thick flanges ensure secure and leak free attachments. Air flows smoothly through mandrel bent T-304 stainless steel and a high quality stainless steel braided flex section. The one piece design eliminates the need for the catalytic converter maximizing air flow and allowing for maximum power. Bungs are also included for the OEM O2 sensors. No modifications are needed as it is a direct bolt-on unit to the OEM exhaust cat-back location

06 Type s Rsx
2016 - Bought this for my 2006 Rsx type s, its really good quality, the only problem is one of the hangers was welded wrong, instead of the end being curved and straight to fit in the hole, it just goes straight down. I just got it re-welded which was a quick fix. Only reason i gave it 4 stars is because i had to get that piece rewelded. This did fit with no problem passed over the stock sway bar no problem.04-04-2018Update its been 2 years now since i purchased these headers and they are still holding on strong very happy with them since my purchase.

Fits perfect on my 03 type s perfectly
Fits perfect on my 03 type s perfectly. I will recommend a lot of idea and suggestion to get it install faster. Feel free to ask me if you have any question about the header. Do keep in mind that if you bought this in a combo such as the skunk 2 alpha headers + skunk 2 mega power R or RR, it will be insanely loud. Drive on your own risk.

Terrible Manufacturing
This "stainless" steel header has completely rusted through and fractured in less than 3 years and less than 3000 miles of driving.

Good and bad
Not a perfect fit on 06 Acura rsx base, after hours and hours of work Cutting welding and moving the swaybar around just to get the headers in, I finally got it to fit. Sounds good, but rattles on the swaybar when idling.....

They where a challenge to install, I had to ...
They where a challenge to install, I had to Unbolt the sway bar hold downs and Unscrew oil filter. Also take out the braket that goes from block to the old stock manifold then just force it up . I think a heat shield is only in the way
