Wow, just wow. Beast of a workout. I bought the 3m 1.5inch thick rope and it is heavy. Can only manage about 30 skips before rest at the moment but just started. Good quality and well made. This will make you blow....... Not for speed jumping but slow, weighted skip

Bought the 3mx1.5" to work my arms more and strengthen my grip.Did the job nicely definitely helps to increase resistance. When I went back to the normal speed rope I felt I wast turbo charged!
