We were impressed with the quality, convenience, ease of installation, and video and sound quality of the cameras alone. The camera's mobility and the app's ability to quickly assess a situation brings comfort to the family.

Good camera overall. Had to return it as it was having issues with blue iris, which I later found out was a poor connection. Only downside is no SD card can be used.

The Pan function no longer works. I bought this about 8 months ago. I would give it a better review if I could figure out how to contact the manufacturer for support...

Purchased several times, all worked well except for one that had an issue several months after the warranty ran out, Inwerang worked with me and took care of a defective hardware even past the warranty period.Had similar issue with reolink cameras and they wouldn't fix it even though I was still in warranty and I'm stuck with a dead reolink camera that is still in warranty.Inwerang know how customer satisfaction works.

It's almost impossible to get this set right and not get any dust or lint on the glass. Once you try to put that dome of glass back on everything reflects off of it into the lens. I'm sure the product may work in some situations but outside is not one of them.

Got the camera connected through POE switch. My Synology NAS is recording 24/7 at Full HD video quality. I can hear the audio very clearly. Also take a screenshot and or do a recording with no issues. Phone app is also working. I get to access the camera remotely.

Ok camera for the price. However! The microphone does not work well when you have the video resolution in 5mp resolution. While in 5mp the microphone is all grumbled and very distorted. This was tested with two different DVR'S capable of handling up to 4k cameras. This also happens on the app that works with the camera, P6S lite. The only way to get a good audio capture is to reduce the video quality down to 800x600. At this resolution the audio is clearer but still not perfect. The audio was tested indoors and outdoors at a distance of no more than 10 feet from the camera. Any further than 15 feet and voices cannot be heard, just back ground noises, cars, air conditioning, lawn mowers. The audio was also tested during quiet times at night outside when there was no other noises around and still could not pick up voices unless we were directly under or right next to the camera within 10ft. The camera was mounted on a 10ft ceiling in the house and on an 8 ft eave outside for testing.Picture quality, well, I have two other 5mp cameras and they both have better quality than this camera does. All are tested and used on the same DVR and this camera has the quality of no more than a 3mp camera. This can be compared to other 3mp cameras I have and even those are slightly better than this one but only slightly, however, still noticeable. Night vision is not so good any further than 25-30 ft. The IR's on the camera reflect slightly on the inside of the plastic lens and this creates halos while in night vision. Mostly in the top corners of the picture depending on the position of the camera. PTZ is a little slow responding to inputs but seems to function ok for the most part. PTZ was tested with two different DVR's and the P6S lite app with the slowest being from the app. POE functions as it should. To rule out any interference with the audio/video from the POE injector, I tested it with three different injectors with the same audio/video results from all of them. I also tested it plugged into a non-POE switch while using a 12v2a power supply with the same audio/video results. ONVIF works as expected with compatible DVR's.If you can deal with the audio/video issues or audio is not a big deal, then this camera will do fine for the price. Sorry, no pictures were taken to add to the review for security reasons. Packaging is nice, camera was well protected inside the box, all parts were included and it did not seem like I received a used camera. I looked in the hole for the microphone and it is open and seems unobstructed. Maybe I received a bad unit or defective microphone.

This is a excellent camera. Works flawlessly, night vision is like daylight in pitch dark.
