The fingerboard has been developed for maximum flexibility and exercise diversity. The grip board is compact, lightweight and easy to stow in any climbing bag. The "180 °" swivel function allows you to easily switch between small finger grips for finger training and large grip mode for your warm-up. All four hangboard sides can be used for gripping and offer a wide range of variation and usage possibilities, such as body tension exercises and lock-off strength training. The "180 °" is made by hand out of light yellow poplar wood by local carpenters. The surfaces of our boards are treated with a colored stain. A colorless glaze seals the wood surface and protects the wood from dirt and moisture. All edges are rounded with a 7mm radius for a good grip. A 6mm cord with a max. traction of 400 kg, two anti-tilt safety mechanisms made of 2mm stainless steel and protective tubing for sharp-edged suspension points ensure maximum necessary safety. The rope guide is placed on the board so that the grip bars hang horizontally under your body's weight.
