The best USB 3.0 dock ever.
I have a stylish notebook , and as any (intel base built-in VGA) supports single external FullHD/4K display through the HDMI port or native dock or even thunderbolt.i want to add a second display. The solutions is to use Graphics thunderbolt enclosure or use Displaylink USB 3.0and i prefer this dock with displaylink based chip as it can be connected to any USB3.0 port of the native dock.pros :-Two 4k displays either DP or HDMI (HDMI doesn't need USB-C alternate DP mode as mis-mentioned in item listing) , i have tested 4K videos and it works smoothly.-6 USB 3.0 ports : 2 USB-C and one always charge port.-Audio through DP or HDMI or even USB audio driver.-LAN connection and i have tested to transfer large file over LAN while playing 4K video and the tranfer speed is not affected.-Compitable with any PC as USB3.0 connection is sufficient for all function to work.-I have tested to connect notebook using USB-C/thunderbolt port and it charges notebook smootly.cons : -display will work only after boot to windows , while thunderbolt based graphics dock , will drive display even in booting bios.

Charging failed in less than a year
The charging capability failed in just under a year, so it should be under warranty. Tech support has not helped at all. The promised emails from technicians never arrived. Wondering if I will ever get a replacement for the failed device...

Very good dock for the price
Works much better with my surface book than the Microsoft dock. My only complaint is that I have to power cycle the dock sometimes to get it to recognize my keyboard.

Surface Pro 7 connection worked perfectly on first try - always a good thing!
Seldom do computer electronics work perfectly on the first try, so kudos to Wavlink® on their USB-C Dual 4K Universal Docking Station with USB Power Delivery (UG69PD2). Connected easily with a configuration of Microsoft Surface Pro 7 with Display Port connectors to two HP Compaq LA2206xc monitors. It is as advertised properly powering the Surface Pro 7 via the attached USB-C, so only one connection needed. Audio with no crackling also sounds good. Cannot speak to how it works with 4K or 5K yet, nor the gigabit Ethernet, but with only a few display setting changes, it was fully functional in only a few minutes out of the box. Always pleasantly surprised when that happens!

Easy and Power-full!
So easy to set up. Didn't need drivers on our windows 10 HP laptop. Used the 5k Displayport cables. Very clean look with all the necessary docking cords plugging into the back, and front facing ports can be used for peripherals as needed. Especially love that some of the USB ports can be used for charging, including our laptop - it's powered through the USB-C port on back! My two monitors and laptop use three plugs!

Horrible
Randomly doesn’t work and doesn’t recognize USB devices. My mic and keyboard were working fine for a few weeks and now it’s not registering at all. I tried restarted, updating, reconnecting. Still doesn’t work. Horrible product, do not buy.

Good device, not a fan of DisplayLink
I have had really bad experiences with DisplayLink devices, but this is one of the only USB laptop docking devices that actually worked for me. Even though it uses a DisplayLink chipset.
