I normally wear a half-size. Do you recommend rounding up or down?

For comfort purposes go a size up. FYI...I work in a haunted house and have to stand for 5 to 7 hours a might. I love these shoes. I do purchase a new pair every year because I wear them so much. They are pretty comfortable for this type of shoe

I see two versions of the black shoes. How can i be sure i get the pair i order? I don't want the style with the very long pointy toes.

make sure you have the SKU number on your order.

Are the lace holes gold or silver?

They are gold on both the black boots and the brown boots I purchased. I would have preferred silver, but gold is acceptable.

Is a size 12 true to size or smaller?

I bought a size 7 and it was true to fit but I returned item due to how the top of boot guy. There was excess of boot material that caused bubbling effect
