Exactly as Described.
Not a deal breaker, and I can work with it, it's pretty tall, so you're losing a lot of distance between the laser head and whatever you put in this, I'm just saying that to let others know, but it works fine enough for what im engraving, and I plan on taking the bottom out of my laser anyhow to get a smidge more room.*This is after taking out the "clamping floor thing" that comes stock on most (all?) K40'sOh and you might want to put some rubber O rings to aid in grippy'nessBut for what it is, and it's cost, this thing can't really be beat.
