POWERTEC 10 PCS 60 Grit 12 Inch PSA Sanding Discs, Self Stick Adhesive Sandpaper, 12" for Drywall, Woodworking, Paint, Epoxy with Random Orbital Sanders, DA Sanders, 6x48 Belt Disc Sander (110380)

I use these on my Grizzly 12” disk sander, and they are an excellent product! They measure exactly 12” in diameter, and the protective paper that prevents the glue from smearing onto the other packaged materials was VERY easy to peal off. The disks themselves are flat, and the paper is fairly heavy weight. I changed my old worn out sanding disk with one of these new ones in under 3 minutes. Didn’t even bother to acetone off the platen of the residue from the old one! Spun it up, and started sanding! Well worth it.

This item and the belts for my sander were to ship same. Same seller. The belts were on time, the disc's were nearly a week late. This delayed our project. Disc's nice and tacky. Belts are smooth and both cut nicely.

The discs work great of a 12" disc sander. Removes material quickly and leaves a smooth surface. the less than perfect adhesion rating is probably due to keeping the sander in a barn with no air condition during these very hot summer days. Just press the disc back in place and keep on sanding.

Product has good adhesion, the 12” 80 grit disc is used on our grizzly 12” disc sander, so far the durability is holding up for what our shop needs are, I also cleaned the metal disc plate with acetone so that the new disc would have better adhesion and no air pockets from old adhesive left behind on the metal plate.

Works really well for the money!

the material and backing are way too thin. I get about two minutes of sanding before I punch through or rip the disc. then it's super hard to get off of the sander.

A quality product at a reasonable price.

Low cost and works as good as the more expensive ones do.

Terrible. So thin and paper backed so they are almost impossible to get off and you’ll be scraping little pieces off every time you change them which is ridiculously often as They last only a very few corners or eyes before burning. Busy bee has ones that are far thicker, fibreglass backed, and last literally (no exaggeration) 100 times longer.

The package came with a good assortment of the most used gritts. The disks stick well on the power sander, and do a good job at sanding larger pieces of hardwood. Good selection and quality for the price.

It says 12 inches it is in fact 11.75 inches. I would have never bought this if I knew that. It leaves a edge not covered on the sanding disc. Peels super easy. I do not recommend buying this product.

These discs do not last more than an hour with just wood, less with anything harder. But the real pain is trying to take them off. they come off in tiny little pieces. You need a chisel to take them off and will have a mess resembling confetti on the floor.

I ordered these discs assuming that they would have an adhesive backing to peel and stick onto to my grinding wheel. ****NOTHING~~~I needed to finish some parts so I used some double backed tape to hold them onto the disc == which worked well
