Excellent Creamy Lancashire Cheese
Divine! I am normally a cheddar fan but this cheese is something else! Not at all sharp, just creamy and very tasty. Had with crackers but will try with jacket potatoes as a filling/topping. Lush ;-)

Great cheese with super melting properties
When this cheese melts it does so evenly and doesn't tend to leave fat residue or spread. Also, it tastes almost like parmesan when melted so is a great cheese to use if you want to top-up your cheese on the shop bought pizza you're cooking. I loved my pack and make a lovely ham & cheese toastie with mine along the pizza embellishments. Yum!

A delicious taste of home!
As a Lancastrian living for many years in exile, this cheese gives me a lovely taste of home. Booths, for the uninitiated, is the Waitrose of the North, and is synonymous with quality. Lancashire has three cheeses, Lancs Tasty (great for cheese on toast or cooking), Lancs Crumbly (again for cooking and eating), and Lancashire Creamy for entry level Lancashire cheese afficianados. It is mild, creamy and delicious. This cheese is great for cheese and biscuits or just having a slice on its own. It doesn't last long in my household!

Subtle flavour
Love these slices. They have the full creamy taste of Lancashire and are easy to use without any crumbling. Each slice is separated by paper so there’s no sticking. Great for sandwiches or topping lasagne.
