Disappointed to find when they arrived they were only 500mg as opposed to my previous brand which was 3000mg. But will continue to take and double up. They do improve fatigue and energy levels but I guess b12 of any brand will do that.

Decided to try this instead of injections as it was becoming costly. Vitamin content is higher than anything else currently on the market. Easy to take each morning, just pop a pippett under the tongue. The flavour is nice too.

Taste is okay. My problem is I can't get the dropper to fill to the 1ml mark. It takes 2 individual squeezes to get my 1ml dose.

It’s really not good. There are better b12 options out there for the same price that taste so much better. The flavor is icky and a little fishy, don’t waste your money.
